Do you like chocolate – dark, milk, white or flavoured? Spare a thought for the people – mainly women – who grow the cocoa beans in some of the poorest countries in the world. This year’s Fairtrade Fortnight campaign focuses on these cocoa farmers and the fact that they deserve a living income. Come along to find out more about the producers, and to drink, eat and savour lots of chocolate goodies; try the healthy smoothie bike; visit Fairtrade stalls; or enjoy children’s activities. Tea, Coffee and juice also provided. Admission: adults £2; school age children £1; under 5s free.
